Heartland manufacturer

I just bought a brand new 5th wheel. That is my second one.
Heartland, Landmark 2014. How many of you have heard bad things about that coy?? I don't know how much I can go online to describe after market servicing?? Even during buying process with things that are non serviceable and scratches all over furniture.

I'll be glad to hear about other people.

  • If you are a new poster to this forum. Don't give up. Just explain what you bought, is it new or used, was it damaged when you first looked at it. In short just tell us your story. Everyone on here wants to help.
  • Yes, Heartland is a good company...as someone else said....post is difficult to understand. Possibly restate what you want to say or ask....
  • Heartland was a top line manufactuer. I don't quite understand your post. Did you buy a damaged or show unit? If things are scratched the company will stand behind it under the warranty. In buying RV's never sign or pay for anything until you are satisfied completely. Even then some things are going to go wrong, just hope your dealer is a good one.
  • I have a Heartland Big Country for 3 years and the company stands behind their product. You can go to the Heartland Owners web site and post questions plus ask a question to the factory and shortly some one from Heartland will call you with the answer. I have been an rv'er for 45 years so I have had lots of rv's and heartland is just fine.....
  • Did you do a PDI before buying the trailer? A must do!
    Don
  • Welcome. Are you saying you had problems with the first RV you bought, or with your brand new one?
