Everything has a Lippert frame with very few exceptions. More weight means heavier materials more sturdy construction. Heartland makes too many similar models to try and sort out. Their customer service is good. Heartland like Keystone and others is owned by Thor but operates as a separate company. I had one but now have a Cedar Creek. Cedar Creek isn't flashy but uses good solid construction, few of the popular "do-dads" that are going to fall apart and to me represents an excellent value. Much easier to find a Cedar Creek dealer than a Heartland Big Horn dealer in my neck of the woods.
