I have a 2012 Sundance 277RL XLT. This has been my experience! Immediately, I had to replace the Tow Max tires because the belts were seperating.I then had to send the unit back to the factory for frame flex in the pin area. After returning it, the closet slide over the pin area was out of square and tearing the rubber seals. I was very dissapointed in the way it was repaired. A board was glued to the bottom of the slide on the side that was out of square.I was told by the dealer that Heartland would not pay to have the slide removed to adjust and shim the rollers that guide the slide underneath. After my warranty expired the living slide room welds broke at the floor. I had to dissassemble and repair that myself. So, my opinion is that if your real good at repairing an RV yourself you can save some money by purchasing a Heartland product. I was sold on the looks and price, but have suffered the consequences of buying the Sundance just for those reasons. Believe it or not, I still am somewhat satisfied at the moment. Just hoping that all the bugs are now found and repaired. Just my experience, I know other owners with few problems.
