- debraindiExplorerI have a 2015 311 Impact by fusion. The fusion is a little higher end with more weight then the Impact.
- Come-N-GoExplorerI have a 2008 Cyclone 3800, and have not had any issues. It has never been back for any warranty work. I have taken care of a few small issues myself, but that will be with any brand......

Wow. We have a 2008 Cyclone 4012. We love it. Only two problems related to quality. Sagging floor in master bedroom from wimpy plywood. Fixed it ourselves. Other problem was a "sewer" vent that did not completely exit the roof. Fixed it also ourselves.
Otherwise, no issues. Not bad in my opinion given thousands of miles of towing.
Perhaps this was before ownership changed?
Yes, things were very different in 08. That's 8 model years ago now. Thor didn't buy a controlling interest until 2010. - RedJeepExplorerWow. We have a 2008 Cyclone 4012. We love it. I have dealt with customer service a few times to order a couple of extra parts specific to my model and been very impressed. I would by another in a heartbeat.
- takenExplorer IITorque and RW are on a different level from each other. RW and Cyclone are sisters and at the same level of standards and options. As to issues, it's just the usual fit and finish stuff but there seems to be more of it coming from Heartland lately than their competitors. Their CS after the sale has gone way down too.
- campinghutExplorerMine was very poor quality build and very poor customer service. Lets see tires, overweight for axles, cracked front cap, a furnace nobody could ever get to work right design of venting, none of these things fixed under warranty and all failed in the first year. Brakes, trim falling off more then once dealer said due to how much the trailer twists, and many other cosmetic things fixed under warranty. It was a 2012 Cyclone sold it after one year at a loss because it was so bad. I was always fixing something. One of the last straws was that if I towed with the fresh water tank full and it fell out (known problem with them) they would not warranty them. What good is a toy hauler if you can not travel with water in the tanks.
- cchristanisExplorerWhat exactly are people finding wrong with the manufacturer cause I'm considering getting a torque or road warrior
- paulcardozaExplorerWe took delivery of our Cyclone 4100 one year ago next week. We had a handful of typical issues that had to be dealt with over the first couple of months, but since then it has been rock solid.

The worst quality trailer we've ever owned...Only thing worst than the quality was the Heartland customer service.
I completely agree!
