What is the overall height of your Toy Hauler? I am shopping for a RV Garage and know what mine will fit in but should I upgrade in the future was wondering what the average height of a Toy Hauler is...

I got a estimate for a 22x40 stick built Shop/RV Garage. I was not shocked by the estimate, actaully I thought it was fair. The estimate did include a 14 foot door, man door and a few windows and unfinshed interior which I figured I could do later.
The questions I stuggle with is Should I pay extra for a shop with 14 foot door when my current rig which is pretty new will fit easily in a 12 foot door? On the slight less than 10% chance I will upgrade to a larger rig?
Second, should I spend more for a RV Garage than I did for the Trailer?
Although I could use part of the structure for a small work space the primary purpose is to house the RV.
