We got our first 5er last year and now have about 8000 miles on it, flat land, mountains, sun, wind, rain. I have pulled bumper pull trailers of several configurations around for years and not one felt as good as the 5er. Hook up is a breeze as is backing in tight spots. Don't worry too much about the height, most camp grounds trim pretty high, just be aware of it when fueling. Ours is 13'6" and haven't had an issue yet, but we stay in RV parks for the most part.
