I am probably the only one, but the price seems high. I wouldn't pay full retail for any trailer. Try and get it for a couple thousand over wholesale. Most dealers pay only wholesale for trailers and will sell for a small profit over wholesale.
Here is one free site, though not comprehensive: http://www.seedealercost.com/
If not there, than pay an online website for what the wholesale cost is.
One site is rvguru.com. There are others too. Pay the 35 dollar fee...you will be way ahead of the game.
good luck
Thank you so much!! Some really great info!! We have learned sooo much in a very short time, due to this wonderful community of people!! - jsr21Explorer

yeah that info is not correct...I've had a few of those and dry pin weight is closer to 3100 lbs...and dry weight closer to 14K
You'd really need a dually to carry that pin weight especially with all
your stuff in it. - MookieKatExplorerIt was in the title of this thread:

I don't know where you got those numbers but here's right off of DRV website...
2014 Mobile Suites 36 RSSB3
Length 36' 11" | Dry Weight 13,650 # | Dry Pin Weight 3,245 #
I got it off the dealer website. Different model, different year.
What year and model? I've never seen a Mobile Suites of any floorplan with a dry pin weight of 1900 lbs - gmw_photosExplorer

Those of you who are pulling Mobil Suites, what is you choice of tow vehicle ? From what I have seen ( I will admit I've only seen a few ) it seems F550, or Freightliner seems common.
Point being, are these trailers a bit much for the typical one ton dually, or will a F350 work okay and not be over limit on rear axle rating ?
Our 36 SB3 MS and 2011 HD Longhorn 3500 Dually weigh over 28K, the truck handles the load with ease.
The entire length of I-5 the slowest we hit is 55 mph.
In 40+ mph winds the truck and trailer are rock solid.
Thanks. That is good info there, because as a for instance, that would be overweight for our 2006 F350 dually ( 23,500 GCWR )
As someone else pointed out, the newer one ton duallies have higher limits.
Thanks again for real world numbers. - Luke_PorterExplorerJust buy the 05' Mobile Suites. That's what you want, you haven't seen anything you like better and you aren't taking any other advice. Please report back in a year or two and let use know how your 10 year old Mobile Suites is working out.

Yikes!! How much heavier are the MS than others?? Are they heavier due to being a four seasons trailer?
Our 07.5 weighs over 18K and pin weight is over 4,500#.
Yes heavy but very nice and solid! - Cummins12V98Explorer III
