Like I said, the older ones weren't built as well. If you want a top end older unit, look at Newmar, Teton, Carriage or Travel Supreme. My 04' Newmar weighs 16K empty and has a GVW of 20K. That weight comes from heavier frame, lots of hardwood, Corion, heavier carpet, everything.
