Help solve my mystery? Couple weeks out of warranty

I have a 2014 heartland road warrior 415.... Now 3 weeks out of warranty of course. Here is the mystery. This just started Friday night. I was pulling my slides in and the last one just stopped. ...

Check the wire size from the battery to the hydraulic pump...it may not be large enough to carry the load. Also check the wiring to the switch. Does the switch operate a relay, then the relay to the pump or does the switch connect directly to the pump? I would make sure the switch operates a relay, then have adequate sized wire from the relay to the pump. JMHO.
