Jayco makes bunkhouses in their Eagle line, but I do think those are close to 40 footers in the newest models. Perhaps they did make smaller bunkhouses in earlier model years. But Jayco would be one manufacturer you could check on.
Hitchhiker made a bunkhouse in their Discover America series a few years back, but I suspect few were made and it would be hard to find one. But another good quality manufacturer.
Final suggestion from me is no longer made, but these were considered good fifth wheels. Made by a Canadian company, and bunkhouses were made. Titanium by Glendale.
You may try a site called RV Trader.com Gives one an idea of what is around them. Also some on this site, regarding the same question (bunkhouses) have suggested instead finding a model with more than one couch that can be used for beds for the young ones. The couches, along with say an air mattress on the floor in the big living room areas solves the sleeping problems.
