You would have no problem towing/carrying the weight of that FW. I think it is likely rated 1/2 ton towable. You could go a little bigger/heavier, if you wanted, and still have no issue.
The Revolution pin box will work with a short 5.5 1/2 ton bed, so you would certainly not need a slider. GMs have the most axle to cab clearance, so even without the Revolution box, you should not need a slider. Most newer FWs have a rounded front, that is designed to use with a 6.5 bed.
