I believe that the rating are for 5-bolt and 6-bolt patterns, respectively. If they are, then these are, at most, a D-rated rim, and would probably have a 65 psi max rating. Yes, they do put psi ratings under the tire, usually in the bead groove...which is =really= stupid.
