We just bought a 2014 Cougar 330RBK. We have had it at home setup for a total of 5 days. The first issue is my landing gear switch quit working, then the "fancy" soft touch panel quit working well not all of it but the bottom two rows. Now my wife calls me while I'm at work and says the LED docking light is on and the switch will not turn it off. The soft touch panel controls the slides ad awning by the way. Thankfully the remote will work them. I have contacted my dealer with no help from their techs. They said pull all power so it could reset. I've checked all fuses and breakers. I'm very frustrated and needed to vent! I should not have to be dealing with this 5 days after my purchase

Is it plugged in? A low battery can cause all sorts of confusion.

Did you buy it from Camping World in Colfax? I thought they had some good RV techs there...I was told. I'm not familer with your switch locations, but if it is accessable through the front basement door, check the quality of the connections at the switch. Try to wiggle the connector & harness while someone pushes the button(s). Did anything happen when you disconnected the shore power and disconnected the 12V battery for a few minutes?

Amexpress, unfortunately we didn't buy the camper from colfax CW. It was actually bought in Ohio. I played with the landing gear switch while wiggling wires with nothing. I'm pretty sure the landing gear switch problem and the soft touch control board problem are one in the same. When I disconnected everything and hooked it back up still nothing.....

I've got a 333MKS with the same problem. Disconnect shore power, then turn off main battery disconnect switch (thereby disconnecting the battery). Reconnect everything and you should have a working panel again.

If the remote turns it on...then the remote MUST be used to turn it off. The panel switches will not over ride the remote.

The 1st time this happened to me was when I tried to sanitize the water system for our 1st trip. Since then I can count on it happening at least once every trip. Give me the old switches back - this remote feature is more trouble then it's worth.

Keystone is having issues with their control panels. Ours was doing the same thing. I was able to reset it, but we're heading to the dealer tomorrow to get a new panel.

I've not had the docking light problem, but check the thread I started here last November when I bought my 331MKS. You'll see you're not alone.

My remote doesn't work the docking light, I checked that later on to make sure. :h

Takingthe5th, I've tried that several times with no luck I guess that's why I'm so frustrated. I understand its electronic and may need to be reset sometimes but dang this camper just came off the build line a week ago and the board has already gone. I don't mind the occasional reset but not working at all sucks!
