High end bumper pull toy hauler

We’ve been looking for a toy hauler for our family of five, and after a lot of consideration we have realized that the bumper pull fits our needs better than a fifth wheel. This is based upon the fact that we are big fans of boondocking, sometimes accessing spots down rough national forest roads with clearance issues from trees, etc.

Our tow vehicle is a 1 ton Cummins Ram with air suspension, so there is no capacity issue for pulling. We’d like for the garage to be separate from the living area, and our preferences for one and a half baths. Any thoughts?
  • At that length, a 5er would be easier to tow.

In a lot of ways, my 44' fifth wheel is easier to maneuver than our old 30' bumper pull.
  • Grand Design seems to be the best built of mass manufactured towables. Separate garage and 1.5 baths will put you at 35' plus I'd think and that may be problematic for boondocking on radical roads.
