Are you sure you need a slider? I have a Ford 6.75' box. In 4 years I have never came across a situation where I needed one. I've owned 2 different 5th wheels. Both had extended pin boxes (1621). One with recessed corners, one without. I had a manual slider and never used it. As up2nogood said it was difficult to use. It was hard to move when connected. I believe the sidewinder/revolution hitch puts extra stain on the pin box. Whatever you buy make sure your trailer is level and has at least 6" of clearance.
