I have a pull rite and it works great.
I think you could go with a traditional hitch if you fifth wheel has the extended tongue.
I have been contemplating to go with the b&w companion. Because when I updated my truck I had to use a adapter on top of another adapter. To me it looks like a disaster waiting to happen and takes so much bed space.
This past summer I did see a mega cab using it but wasn't able to talk with the owner.
