I agree! One other thought, is to ask if the propane tanks have been filled, and at least one battery installed. Mine came this way, should be an industry standard, IMO.

Mine comes with one battery and is provisioned for two. The dealer always fills the propane too. I use Fife RV in Fife WA. This is my second RV from them. They are honest (how about that!) and fair. I don't get the lowest possible price, but I get a fair one. Their service department in Bonney Lake WA (about 15 miles from Fife) is second to none. They go out of their way to make us happy.
When we got our Kodiak TT last year, there were defective PEX connections throughout the plumbing. It had a rubber belly plate. A day after we got the trailer (we had it hooked to our water), the belly looked pregnant. The entire underside of the trailer was filled with water. No damage to the basement or the actual living areas. The dealer came to our house, cut the pan and then towed it back. They fixed it fast and gave us a second battery for our trouble.
