hitches for 5th wheels

I got my Curt Q20 on Amazon. Good price on a great hitch. Been using it for three years now and completely satisfied.

I switched from a Lil Rocker to a B&W and couldn't be happier. I drove truck for 17 years and it works like a semi hitch.

I like the B&W companion hitch but very pricey once you add the turn over ball to the cost. If money was no object, this is what I would have bought. I ended up buying the Curt 24K hitch and have been very happy with it. It pulls much better than my older Reese hitch.

We bought our Curt Q24 on Amazon too, good price, great hitch.
Been pulling for 2 years with it now and very happy with it.

If you are going to be putting lot's of miles on your trailer a good air hitch will take lots of stress off the rig. We have a TrailerSaver and love it, but they are pricey.

B&W is top quality at a fair price. Seriously take a look at them compared to another hitch side by side. Hensley is right up there also but a totally different application.

No question if you are hitched. I NEVER do a pull test. Close latch and lock it, LOOK to see the 1" thick solid steel full wrapping jaws are around the kingpin and you are good to go!

Of course I will be slammed for saying "I" never do a pull test!

Take a look at the various B&W Companion hitches. They have several in their lineup now, and all are great. The company is a great as their products, too. I have the Turnover Ball and Companion as we also have a gooseneck trailer, so wanted both. I don't think that a slider is necessary in all cases, though you might think differently. I'm not far away, in Chandler; if you want to come take a look at mine, PM me.

X2 I never do a pull test with my B&W either.Easiest hitch to hitch or unhitch I have ever used. Air hitch is in a different league$$$$-I have never owned one.

I am a happy B&W customer too. If you ever hook up to a trailer with one you will understand all the praise they get. I would bet anyone who has owned a B&W Companion would buy another one if they were in the market.
