When you say VIN search, are you wanting to trace the prior ownership of the trailer or learn more about the model? If NuWa can't help you, you might consider joining the NuWa Owners Forum and pose your questions over there. I forget the procedure to join, it's changed a bit since their site experienced a denial of service attack a couple years ago. But I believe the new member tab will start you on your way.
Agree. I joined the NuWa Owners Forum in April. You apply to be a member. Then they e-mail back to finish enrollment. There is a lot of knowledge in the NuWa Owners forum and have been learning a lot of good information.
