Hitchhiker

I picked up a hitchhiker in West Virginia on RT 28 heading into Romney. When he got in he threw his back pack on the floor beside the couch and it sounded like it was extremely heavy when it hit the floor. (Pretty good size boy) I put my foot in my mouth and ask what he had in the backpack that sounded so heavy. Very aggressively he said it was none of my business. Being out in the boonies I hesitated saying anything back to him so i drove on into Romney where there was some people around. Then I ask him again what was in the backpack and he again told me that it was none of my business. Feeling more comfortable with people around I pulled over and told him to get out and he did. Going up the road about 3 miles I realized that he left the backpack in my motor home. Not wanting to confront him again I decided to keep the backpack. I guess that it could have been worst but I learned my lesson. No more hitchhikers.
