Any older coach is going to start costing you more than a dime or two in maintenance ...depending on use. Washing, waxing, tires, batteries, suspension - lots of stuff.
What keeps me attached to my 12yo rig is all the electrical work I've done to it. If I were to trade it in I wouldn't be concerned about the value, I'd be concerned about all the work removing solar panels, inverters, batteries..I'm not giving that away. Also, at its age, I've been replacing slide seals, and that's something very few people do.
