We had a 31 ft. for nine years. It was a great fifth wheel but we would not buy another rear entry. TV viewing was not a problem except when reclined all the way back in the recliner next to the door. The rear door in many campsite would end up to far back in the mud. Unlevel campsites could make the steps very high in the air. When grandkids were on the couch the door was not easy access early in the morning. We can put our 36 foot mid door in smaller campsites than we could our rear door because of door location.
