In 2010 when we purchased our FW, we looked at a floor plan exactly like this in the Bighorn line. We didn't like it. It was one big room and we wanted separation of space. As one person said here, the recliner by the door was awkward. We ended up with a 3055RL and love it. The door is mid-entry and a good placement. The length of ours is 35' 5" exactly. We've had no problem driving in national parks, depending on the road of course. Would not drive this around the scenic loop in Grand Teton past Jenny Lake, but have driven it through Yellowstone. We camp in it in state parks and forest service campgrounds with no problem. Best thing to do is see the units in person. What doesn't look good on paper, or online, may not be so bad in person given other amenities that you are willing to trade for. When we first started looking at FW's, I insisted on the shower being part of the bathroom and not in the bedroom which is common, or used to be in FW's. Well, given that we wanted to keep our overall length down and other amenities, we have that shower placement - sink and shower across from the bed, with the commode enclosed. It hasn't been a problem at all.
