Last year we had a 5th wheel with one blown tire pass on I-90 in SD. I wanted to flag him down but we were doing 65MPH when he passed and I wasn't about to speed up to catch him.
We expected to see a disaster further down the road. At the speed he was traveling, luckily for him the remaining single tire on the same side didn't blow. He traveled another 18 miles before pulling into a rest area. He still didn't know he had a blown tire until another RVer parked in the rest area pointed it out to him when he pulled in.
After witnessing that first hand, I wouldn't hesitate to crawl along with one flat tire to find a safe place to change a tire/wheel.
