let me tell you what I did.
Pulled off to a very narrow shoulder on I95 on a Friday afternoon. Called roadside assistance. Waited 5 hours (the fault of the local vendor, not the roadside service provider). Sat in the TV with emergency flashers on being buffeted by semis who do not observe Florida's Move Over law. In 5 hours of waiting, no one stopped to inquire about our safety, no trooper, none of you fellow RVers. It was a very uncomfortable day. So I am looking for alternatives for the future.
