Unreal comment as to traveling at 5 MPH on the traveled portion of an Interstate so approaching vehicle have to stomp on the brake to avoid hitting you from behind. You don't limp along on the traveled lane. You limp along on the right shoulder to where you can be safe as possible. Not a hindrance to any traffic any more than if you were sitting still on the shoulder and waiting for road service. Hello!
