My mistake. I assumed a 28RKS would be on the smaller side, but we all know how those numbers make no sense. I have no idea whey they would do that on a 35 footer. I could guess that it had to do with balancing the weight on the chassis and giving a good CCC, but only guessing.
My 44' toy hauler has the same issue. Unlike what we like to believe, I don't think size matters :B.
