How much do you pay for the following work
Drum brake adjustment, shoes, and inspecting/packing bearings on a 12,000 lb fifth wheel? I'd like to know a ballpark cost so I'll know if I'm getting ripped off.

Parts $10 to $30 unless something is really bad, labor is relaxation, knowing the job is done right PRICELESS!
Same here, I do my own! Going rate around here is about $125 per axle plus parts.
