Well my 32' Copper Canyon came from the factory with a 50 amp service.
I don't think the replacement as a project would would be all that hard, it would be a be a bit costly.
New 50 amp shore cable $$$$
New 50 amp entrance receptacle $$$
New 50 amp entrance cable to panel $
New 50 amp distribution panel $$
You would only need a new converter if adding many 12 volt devices to increasing the load on the converter.
If a 50 amp shore connection is available you do gain a lot of amperage capacity.
