How private are those bathroom/bedroom slides?

As I continue window shopping on line, I've found some floor plans I really like. But many of them have a slide that spans both the front bedroom and the adjacent bathroom. In the pictures it appear...

We were at a RV show years ago and there was a 5th wheel there that had a full view of the toilet when we we standing outside the trailer entry door. So we went in and closed the door and when back out. The water closet door had over a 2" gap at the bottom and we laughed and said "Mary is wearing red panties today"! Chris
