How should I adjust tire pressure to/from mountains

Just before leaving Dallas TX (Altitude 600 ft, hot that day at 98 deg,) I set my Maxxis 16" tire pressures to 80psi as recommended by Maxxis and I headed up to Ruidoso NM (Altitude 7900 ft, cool high...

Adjust pressure COLD (in AM on travel day) to recommended pressures.

IF 80 psi is what you use..then adjust them to 80 psi in AM.

Then next day adjust them to 80 psi again.

Never adjust during travel.........
