If it's based on a worm gear, their is likely a place to insert a handle and hand crank it out (likely on the opposite side of the trailer).
If it's hydraulic, you could look at the hydraulic pump to see if there is any option manually crank or you could see about running jumper cables to power the 12v directly at the pump to get it out.
