First untorque lug nuts while wheels are on the ground.
While connected to truck, lift by the frame fwd or aft of spring hanger. Block under U bolts or jack stand between U Bolts. Raise other side the same way. Remove truck then remove wheels.
Re install in reverse.
As long as the wheels are off do a full bearing & brake service.
