How to tell if trailer is cold rated???

I am looking at purchasing a used 5th wheel trailer. How can I determine if it is cold weather rated, might a digit in the serial number designate if the trailer is built for cold weather? Any other ways, rather than what the sales folks say? Thank you.

    Does it have dual pane windows? Heated tanks? Enclosed dump valves? If not then it's not cold rated. Dual pane windows don't make or break the cold rating as much as the heated tanks and enclosed valves. R-value in the floors, walls and ceiling also come into play. Although each manufacture has their own criteria for R-values. What's the brand and model you're looking at?
