- waltbennettExplorerHere and another thread about wet bolts made me go check our Monty. I couldn't find any zerks on any of the spring holding bolts, including on the MorRyde boxes between the two axles. Am I missing something?

If you have grease-able bolts you will have brass bushing and you should be good. Just jack it up enough to take the weight off and use a pry bar to see if you have any slop in the spring shakles. - 45RicochetExplorer

My wet bolt's will only take grease after I jack her up. Not sure about all wet bolts but my Mor/ryde are pretty large, I wouldn't suspect any damage if not lubed after install for a few thousand miles. - Jerry_BExplorerThe bolts are "wet" bolts but I don't have history on the unit regarding frequency of lubrication.
- donn0128Explorer IIYou probably need to take it apart to really see what is going on. If you still have the plastic bushings I can guarantee they are already toast. And depending on how many miles on your trailer the spring eyes and shackles could also be worn out. Be prepared to spend money to fix it right before you tear things apart.
