y-guys method is correct and best way to use electric jacks. I'd stick with electric. I have an 09 Montana with hydraulic jacks. The problem with them is there is no backup if you have a leak or your line gets chafed or cut. And it will happen in the worst spot if murphy's law is in effect that day. I had a piece of metal in the road smack my left jack, and broke off the fitting to the jack. That leaves you at the mercy of road service unless you happen to carry 2 large bottle jacks and some medium duty jackstands, and several scrap 4x4s to block wheels and have spacers to set bottle jacks on. 'cause that's the only way you are unhooking your truck till it gets fixed. Too many issues with hydraulics.
