Unless you have several people over often then I seen no reason for two sofas and a theater seat. Most of the sofas aren't replaceable with residential sofas because of the slide out mechanism under them.
Most RV parking spots aren't that wide. Every time you need to walk around the side from the front you either have to duck under the slide or walk out on the grass or dirt.
Heat rises. The front of a 5th wheel is hotter than the lower areas. If you live or travel to hot areas then you'll need to run the front AC a lot.
It's nice concept but has too many flaws for me.
I would much rather have a RD (Rear Den) version. There's really nothing to look at from the front of a 5th wheel. Most view options are on the pull though's or back in. I would feel like I'm in a cave.
