I need help finding the exact TH I'm looking for...

OK, so at the end of the day I am sure I will need to make a couple consessions here or there, but before I do that I want to check with you guys to see if there is something I am missing. I am ready...

There are not that many tandems with a 12' garage separate from living area. As soon as they built one I bought one (342 Fuzion), they recently released the 331 but I have not seen the floor plan. They are pretty heavy on the hitch though. It squats my 3500. I am hoping that full water and the RZR in the back will take some weight off.
