Thanks guys. Keep 'em coming this is good stuff! I know the majority of the garage type units with dual axle are 10' but there are plenty of 11 and 12' as well. I have already spent hours online researching just struggling to nail it down. Just as an FYI, the units that have been sticking out to me are the XLR 300X12, Fuzion has a new 11' model (although a 3K in weight), Heartland torque has the 321 I believe, Columbus 3400TH, Puma 351 & 356, Vengance, Raptor (again 3K+ pin weight) and I'm sure there are others. The XLR 300X12 from a size and weight standpoint is a great option. They have a dry pin weight of 1700lb and a 12' garage with 2 slideouts. This would be a home run but my wife really does not like the lack of storage. Compared to others the XLR is very imited in storage space. Maybe that helps with the weight?? The Puma's are more "entry level" but are not out of the question either but I think I still am leaning toward the Puma's big brother the Columbus. I just dont like the price tag :-) $$$ Thanks again
