I need help finding the exact TH I'm looking for...

OK, so at the end of the day I am sure I will need to make a couple consessions here or there, but before I do that I want to check with you guys to see if there is something I am missing. I am ready...

The mountaineer 357 THT has a closet by the door and 1 in the garage
the one I saw had a fireplace and a table & chairs. Don't know why
nobody on here ever mention them . But I think it has ever thing you
said you was looking for.
