I need help to identify a 1995 newmar 5er model

I am going to look at a 95 newmar it has a queen bedroom up front, one 13' slide in living area and bunks with another bath in back. It is suppose to be 40' long. I would like to see the floor plan be...

You don't say what model, but if you click here you'll go to Newmar's brochures archive. Choose 1995, then fifth wheels. PDF's for each/all 1995 Newmar fifth wheel brochures will pop up- floorplans can be seen therein.
