Before you finalize, take my humble advice. Head to the dealer where the new one is located and bring a fast food lunch. View it with slides open/closed, sit at the dinette and eat lunch. Spend an hour or two in the rig opening cupboards, try standing in the shower. Open all compartments and ensure your present stuff will fit. Picture your last few trips...and imagine towing/backing this rig vs past one. Look where the power/water/sewer is, do you like how it works. Honestly I watch folks closely at dealerships and they get "dazzled" by the silliest things and then I read stories on here about rv's that wont fit in a driveway, too long/heavy for truck, bunks too narrow, not enough slides, no counter space, cant sit on toilet...etc etc. Take a day to really look long and hard at this rig and perhaps it will suit you longer than the last one. If you can afford to trade then I say get what suits you for sure.

Great advice, I would add sit down like you are going to watch the TV, do you have a good view or do you have to twist to watch. Can you get to toilet, bedroom, refrigerator with slide in, are there any options available that later you would wish you had.
