Ok let me lay it out for you. Our house is under contract with contingency of their house selling. We will be living in a fifth wheel for 6 months while house is being built. I don’t want to buy the camper until I find a good deal so I don’t lose money or until I know for sure we are closing. Therefore I may only have 30 days to find a camper. This hitch was $100 so if it doesn’t work then I sell it for more and make money. I’m guessing it’s 16k or 18k rated im hoping. No need for me to buy a new hitch and have it in a couple days. Make sense now ?

SINCE you do not own the fifth wheel yet, AND you will only be in it for up to 6 months... WHY buy a fifth wheel... You have to drill holes in the bed for the mounting of the hitch...
Just buy a large travel trailer and use that for the 6 months... that way you can use your truck frame mounted trailer hitch... ASSUMING yo have one, IF not they are fairly cheap and easy to BOLT on.
This way you will not have 4 holes at 1-3/4" round in the bed of your truck.....
