What a bummer Chrismats gift...and the dealer is going to get coal in their stockings this year too if they don't fix it yesterday.
And what could be another one of those " It's your fault for not checking and you should have know, now it's your responsibility" issues, I can't wait to hear the outcome on this one...
Did you have any leak into the interior space? If it saturated anything and it froze, it could be a bigger time bomb than you may think. Look it over real, real good. Get into every space use a mirror if you have too ..good luck come back and tell us what happens.
