Once the OP uses the rig, it is in their hands. Seriously, how much did they pay for this rig? The OP was probably charged for the winter service on top of it. The dealer "fails to winterize properly" still has to be determined. Again, if you use it, or fix it yourself before fault has been determined you lose any leverage. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING! Take it back! Regardless, cancel the trip then. It is not worth it. Get the dealer to fix their mistake. Again this fail could even have bigger consequences if it has leaked internally and if fault is the dealers they may have to fix more damage that you can't even see yet. Does this make any sense?
