I totally agree here!! OP was "supposed" to have a winterized unit, obviously that didn't happen. Liability needs to be determined first and secondly just how much of the water system has frozen due to lack of PROPER winterization!
The only place I'd be going with this trailer is the dealer I bought it from. This problem could get expensive in a hurry.
