Cancel your trip for a broken faucet. I wouldn't. Take a zillion pictures of the damage today, send them to the dealer by email today, fix the faucet when you get to Florida, document the damages and fixes with another zillion pictures, and argue about the dealer's liability later. It just ain't worth cancelling a trip to Florida over.
