I sure hope you recorded the call, since the Svc Mgr admitted that they "probably missed the outside kitchen when they winterized". Personally, since you've alerted them, I'd fix what I could, take my trip, then head straight back to the dealer when you get home. Pics are always a good idea. Also, if you find =any= other issues, document them, then email pics and descriptions to the dealer. Even if they are closed, you've now got a record of sending them. They'll also be in your "Sent" folder and you can easily re-send them if they mysteriously disappear.
