Increase springs or air bags???/

We have a dually 7.3 ford 350. We are in the process of getting a slightly larger fifth wheel. Our current fifth wheel lowers the back wheels enough that the new heavier one will do so even more. What would be a good option to raise the back end when the fiver is loaded. Thanks.

    Best would probably be new spring packs for the rear. 14 year old springs are possibly sagging a bit more than they should.
    Next would be air bags.
