The exterior aluminum extrusions are painted white which reduces metal to metal contact. Where the tek screws go into the aluminum framing is the problem. Almost all the zinc screws were rusted, some completely in half. Galvanic reaction needs a conductive fluid which is why I sealed every hole with a dollop of silicone to keep moisture out. The screws I put in will remain solid until the trailer is scrapped.
